Our intelligent website
From the time you upload any work through our website, you can see in which process it is. Every time there is an action for that particular job assignment you can check it out in our workflow map until the process finishes. If you want to know in which process your assignment is, you can go to the workflow map and find out. At the end of the process of the job assignment, the website will automatically generate a message that will be sent to your provided email address letting you know it is ready to be downloaded. This history is maintained by the system by action date and you will be able to browse it using your Work Order number.

Toll Free dictation number.
It is amazing how you can be anywhere in the world and be able to dial our toll free number and get your job done. You could be on a business trip or taking a vacation and you can be sure we will be here waiting for your job assignment while you are away. This is not only convenient at a distance, but it also eliminates the hassle of dictating into a recording machine upload and send the email. With our toll free dictation system you pick up the phone, dial, dictate and done. The system will automatically generate a message letting us know you have dictated. We will log a New Ticket in your behalf and initiate the process. We’ll take it from there until the job assignment is done.
