We protect your privacy and personal data
Transcription Services’ dictation and transcription platform is fully compliant with all of the HIPAA and HITECH standards for access control and data transmission. All users are required to have a unique ID and password which controls user access rights to patient information and allows complete tracking of report access and modification. Transmission of voice and data is done using Secure Socket Layer over Hyper Text Transfer Protocol (HTTPS) security and is encrypted with 256 bit 3DES encryption technology. Whenever File Transfer Protocol is used, we encourage our users to use Secure File Transfers (SFTP).
